Because the Bowling Ball are a bigger ball than the average juggler
uses, it takes more strength and control to throw them high enough to
clear one another.
Two 40 lb. balls and a 20 lb. ball, this takes tremendous balance to
perform. I am at a Library show in Madison, MS.
Three 30 lb. Cannon Balls (90 lbs.) at a show in Baton Rouge, LA at a
Seniors Home.
325 lbs. on the Super Gripper with right hand at Williamsburg Seniors
home in Baton Rouge, LA.
To obtain hand strength for juggling the heavy Iron Balls I train my
grip on the Supper Gripper.
Pictured here, I am closing 300 lbs. with my right hand at a Library
Show in Zackary, LA
I also do Heavy Deadlifts off the blocks, working up to 825 lbs.
This helps the hands become accustom to heavy loads.
